Macabre.rip functions as a neutral third-party marketplace and auction platform. Think of us as a digital marketplace hub that brings together buyers, vendors, artists, collectors, creators, and independent sellers within the macabre, gothic, horror, occult, and alternative communities. We provide the platform, storefront tools, listings, auctions, and discovery systems that allow users to connect and conduct transactions directly with one another.

Vendors

Creates listings, manages products, processes orders, handles shipping, fulfills transactions, and establishes refund and return policies.

Once you engage in a purchase, auction, order, or transaction with a seller, your relationship — including pricing, payments, shipping, fulfillment, product authenticity claims, delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges, warranties, and dispute resolution — exists solely between you and that independent vendor or seller. Except where explicitly stated otherwise, Macabre.rip is not a party to those transactions.

Who Handles Refunds & Returns

Because every vendor, seller, artist, collector, and creator on Macabre.rip operates independently, responsibility for all refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, shipping claims, damaged item reports, and transaction-related financial matters rests solely with the individual seller you purchased from or interacted with through the marketplace.

Handles packaging, shipping, fulfillment, delivery coordination, and customer communication
Provides any applicable product guarantees, authenticity claims, warranties, or item condition disclosures

Before completing a purchase, placing a bid, commissioning custom work, or submitting payment to a vendor or seller, we strongly encourage you to carefully review and request a written copy of their refund, return, cancellation, exchange, shipping, and dispute policies. Keep copies of these policies, along with your order confirmations, invoices, receipts, tracking information, auction details, and all written communications for your records.

Delivery Issues & Damage Claims

Shipping, fulfillment, packaging, and delivery are handled entirely by the independent vendor, seller, artist, collector, or their designated shipping providers and carriers. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, tampered with, or not matching the listing description or agreed specifications, resolution of the issue generally rests with the seller and, where applicable, the shipping carrier — not with Macabre.rip.

Marketplace Fees & Platform Services

Browsing Macabre.rip, exploring vendor storefronts, viewing listings, participating in the community, and accessing most marketplace features are generally available to users without platform access fees. Buyers are not charged marketplace membership fees simply to browse, discover products, or interact with vendors unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific premium services, subscriptions, events, or features.

Macabre.rip primarily generates revenue through vendor memberships, marketplace service fees, promotional placements, advertising opportunities, featured listings, auction tools, storefront subscriptions, transaction-related services, and other business-to-business marketplace arrangements with independent sellers and vendors.

These platform fees are separate from the prices, shipping charges, taxes, auction terms, refund policies, and transaction conditions established by independent vendors. Except where explicitly stated otherwise, marketplace service fees paid to Macabre.rip are generally non-refundable once services, listings, promotions, subscriptions, or marketplace features have been activated or used.
